Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is an FDA approved, in office, drug-free, non-invasive treatment for Treatment-Resistant Depressive Disorder without systemic side-effects. TMS uses focused magnetic stimulation and targets key areas of the brain that are underactive in people with depression. Each TMS therapy session takes average of 20 minutes for Deep TMS. Full course of treatment includes 36 sessions in 6-8 weeks, performed while you sit comfortably. A client who receives TMS can safely resume normal activities right after the treatment session.
